This later model rosewood finish Tachihara 4X5 camera is a modern, beautiful folding field wooden field camera. This is a custom order Tachihara with "chrome" plating finish, instead of the customary gold. These were only made to order with this finish.
An ideal tool for hikers and backpackers, it offers a compact design and light weight taking advantage of various modern materials and design features. Along with a great two lens combo this is a great outdoors 4X5 field camera kit. This newer Tachihara has improved knobs, teflon washers and a racking rear standard.

This is a very lightly USED, good working 4X5 field camera
Movements include: Front/rear swing, front/rear tilt, front/rear retro movement
Camera appears to have been used very lightly, and is in good condition
Cosmetically this camera shows beautiful original wood finish and shiny metal hardware
Bellows is BRAND NEW
All camera movements, knobs and gears are in good working condition
Spring back is tight and works as it should
The back can easily be set up for vertical or horizontal positions

Schneider Symmar S MC 135mm F5.6 (Caltar IIS): The 135mm is a slightly wide/normal angle of view on 4X5 (equivalent to 38mm on 35mm format cameras). Compact sharp all around lens. Good working shutter. Modern, multicoated Glass may have a few dust specs or marks which will not affect image quality
Rodenstock Geronar MC 210mm F8: 210mm lens is a tele/portrait angle of view lens on 4X5 (equivalent to 85mm on 35mm format cameras). An excellent, modern, 210mm multicoated lens with lots of coverage and excellent sharpness and contrast. Clean glass and good working shutter.
