The Toyo G system is a highly modular, super high precision LF system. Most parts are interchangeable with other Toyo G cameras from any other format, including knobs, lens boards, standards, rails, bases, etc'. The G system lens boards and other parts are cheap and very easy to find.

Back can easily be set up for vertical or horizontal position
Back has a handy bail lever, making loading and unloading holders much easier
Condition:
Camera body shows normal signs of use with some scrapes, bumps, dings, brassing and other normal signs of use, as you can expect from a used camera.
Bellows is light-tight (some wrinkling towards front of bellows, does not affect function or use).
Knobs and levers lock tightly and work as they should.
Rear standard fine focus lock level is missing, though focus rack is well dampened and stays put.
Original Toyo gridded ground glass is in good condition.
Spring back is tight and bail back lever works as it should.
Film holder is light-tight and fully functional.

The Ilex Paragon 305mm F6.3 is a normal angle of view on 8X10.
The paragon was a continuation of the Kodak Commercial Ektar lens design. It was carried on by Ilex, after Kodak pulled out of the lens making business and sold the rights ofthis design to Ilex.
One of the first lenses in the world to have computer aided design, used to perfect its optical capability.
Modern, coated glass.
Shutter works very nicely.
Glass is generally clean with no major issues to report.
